Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders of CA$100 or more. For orders under CA$100, a flat shipping fee of CA$10 applies.

Orders are generally prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, deliveries within Canada typically take 2 to 5 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has shipped.

UNITED STATES

Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders of CA$250 or more. For orders under CA$250, a flat shipping fee of CA$15 applies.

Orders are generally prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, deliveries to the United States typically take 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

INTERNATIONAL

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping service used.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept return and exchange requests within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags intact.

Canada

Exchanges are complimentary. St-Denis covers both the return shipping and the shipment of the replacement item.

For returns for a refund, a CA$10 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

United States & International

For exchanges, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to St-Denis. St-Denis covers the shipping of the replacement item, regardless of destination.

ST-DENIS PACKAGING

For an exchange, only the product with its original tags needs to be returned. Please keep the St-Denis box and presentation materials included with your order; the replacement item will be shipped without new presentation packaging.

For a return for a refund, the product must be returned with its St-Denis box and all presentation materials originally included with the order. The original outer shipping carton is not required.

If an item you receive is defective or if an error was made with your order, St-Denis will cover all costs associated with the return and replacement.
